A Bit About Me

Referring to attached my Resume, I have Six years of Professional experience in administrative
capacity. I have worked in two major industries in United Arab Emirates, in the field of
Administration & Sales & Marketing. Within these industries, I had the opportunity to learn Human
Resources Processes, Work Procedures, and the Protocol which is necessary to enforce them ethically
and without liability.
In my current position as “Projects Administrator” at Tornado Group. I provided a solid and essential
back up to key positions and projects. This proved to be a great opportunity to work as an active
member of site team, as well as independently, which a Focus on delivering quality administrative
support on a continuous basis.
During my time here, I also dealt with productivity of Administrations process, writing &
coordinating with engineers the daily reports of site work, and checking & updating the monthly logs
of projects. In addition, I could be responsible for the maintenance of office sites and petty cash.
Furthermore, I would like to mention the names of projects I have been handling and responsible for
like: “Eclipse twins tower”, “Marmum Dairy Farm”, & “Future School”
In all the previous positions, I have approached the project members as opportunities for career
advancement & discovery as I was working hard to gain my experience and to ensure duties are
carried out at the highest standards and within the time frame.
